The founder of The Performance Academy Co, and my mission is simple: to help people become stronger, healthier, and more capable through purposeful training.

My journey hasn't been a straight path. Over the years, I've experienced nearly every stage of fitness myself. It started with an active childhood, a high school career that kickstarted my fitness journey and love for competition. A coach that changed my life. I am now who I needed back then.

I have completely transformed myself losing fat and building muscle with bodybuilding, to training in CrossFit, running, HYROX, and even racing motorcycles! Every chapter taught me something different about types of performance, and every challenge shaped the coach I am today.

One of the biggest influences on my coaching has been injury. I've dealt with my fair share of setbacks, forcing me to slow down, rebuild, and completely rethink how I trained. I even had to relearn how to run from the ground up, after a couple ankle surgery's and a bone marrow transplant, I was studying biomechanics, movement efficiency, fascia, and recovery to understand not only how to perform better, but how to stay healthy while doing it.

Because of those experiences, injury prevention has become one of the cornerstones of my coaching philosophy. I believe the best training program isn't the one that leaves you exhausted… it's the one that keeps you progressing year after year. My goal is to help people move better, become more resilient, and build bodies that are strong enough to perform while staying durable for the long haul.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of coaching hundreds of athletes and everyday adults. I've worked with people whose goal was simply to improve their health and confidence, as well as athletes preparing for HYROX, DEKA, Spartan races, endurance events, high school sports, and other competitive challenges. No matter where someone starts, my approach remains the same: build a strong foundation, stay consistent, and trust the process.

I don't believe in random workouts or quick fixes. Every program I create is individualized and built around the person in front of me. I combine strength training, running, conditioning, recovery, nutrition, and accountability into one complete system that evolves as you do.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, become pain-free, improve your performance, or compete at the highest level, my commitment is to provide the structure, education, and accountability to help you get there safely and efficiently.
